The day begins at 6:30 AM when I arrive at T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling’s headquarters. After a quick systems review meeting with our dispatch team, I load up the service van with essential parts and tools for the day’s scheduled appointments.

First Call – Furnace Service in Tonawanda

My first stop takes me to a residential neighborhood in Tonawanda. The homeowner reported unusual noises from their furnace. After a thorough inspection, I find the blower motor needs adjustment and the filter requires replacement – a straightforward fix that will prevent costly repairs down the road.

Mid-Morning Emergency

While heading to my next scheduled appointment in Kenmore, dispatch radios about an urgent call in Cheektowaga – no heat during one of our typical Western New York winter mornings. I redirect to handle this priority situation.

Throughout the Day

The schedule includes:
• Performing a furnace replacement consultation in Hamburg
• Installing a new thermostat system in Buffalo
• Conducting routine maintenance in Orchard Park

End of Day

Before heading back to base, I complete my final service call in Kenmore – a routine plumbing inspection. After restocking the van and completing paperwork, I wrap up around 5:30 PM, knowing that our on-call team is ready for any overnight emergencies.
